Well, as you can imagine, no real way for us to tell based on the CL ad pics. You will probably know when you go to see it and drive it. Also, I know that whenever I list on CL, I always ask above my settle price. If the inside is good, the tires are decent and it drives well, that would be a fair price.
I'm still laughing about the person referencing all the "salt spray" down here in FL. I guess we all live and drive right along the water. I wish.... Very good point about the motorhomes not being driven during salt-on-the-roads season though.
I will say that recently, I have seen the prices plummeting on motorhomes around the Tampa area here.
