Is this a good deal?

As mentioned, the seller is an airline pilot, so getting any questions answered quickly is not happening. I thought the asking price is very good, at least from what I have looked at. Seems like class C's, ie: Minnie Winnies, bring more money, at least on the few of the dealers' lots that I have browsed. I would rather buy a vehicle from a meticulous, 1-time owner than a flipper. Can anyone here shed any light on what model and length this might be? What questions should I ask, other than the normal car buying inquiries? Thanks to all. Oh, I have never driven a rig that large and at 1st glance, seems rather daunting!
