Most of us who live in Florida are able to drive our RVs all year round - and we do. And most of us in Florida don't live close enough to the beach to worry about salt spray.
I'd much rather have an RV that's been driven regularly than one that spends half of the year (or more) parked. Especially in an area where the temps drop far below freezing for many day during the season.

I'm in the snow belt and our MH has never seen snow or a freezing temp. It's never been winterized either. A heated garage is a wonderful investment. :B
