Not to pick on you at this time but do you have a brake a way so if toad comes un hooked the brakes go on. If so you need to shorten the brake a way cable. Hook up the safety cables to the jeep and push the Jeep back till the cables tight. Now make the brake a way cable 5 Inches shorter so the brake a way pin pulls out before the jeep gets to the end of the safety chains.
If it ever happens again the jeep brakes will be on and it will not be running into the back of the MH as you stop.
Looking at your pictures again I see you have a brake a way I'd shorten my safety cables so they were tight before the hitch could pull out of the receiver and tighten the brake a way cable as explained above.
