Is this "normal" number of problems with motorhome?

My motorhome is almost 12 years old now, and I could make a list just as long as yours for that 12 years, with most being minor issues. But I did find it interesting that nothing on your list would be on my list. My thermostats, fantastic fans, corian, plastic clip on the fridge, etc, are all still fine after 12 years.
