Is this "normal" number of problems with motorhome?

RV's repairs are a fact of life ... but your rig does seem to have more problems than I think is normal. Leaks in new rig is bad news (IMO) - never heard of replacing two fantastic fans - and the combo of thermostats, fans, camera's etc makes me wonder whether the root cause is lousy wiring.
