Is this "normal" number of problems with motorhome?

As others have said, your list isn't my list, but there is always something that needs work.

We usually have a "maintenance" day every week or two. My wife goes to the laundry mat and I do my PMs and fix the little things that need attention.

If I need specialty parts I am usually able to do pretty well ordering stuff on amazon, and we try to keep spares of critical stuff so it is often just replenishing the spare.
