Is this "normal" number of problems with motorhome?

I replace items on our rig due to usage, I consider it normal. This last year had a lot to repair or replace, here's my list:

Fresh water tank crack
All new brakes and bearings
Charging circuit
Awning material
Dead mouse in heater
Bath tub surround, cracked
Fridge roof vent
Fantastic fan vent cover
Ramp springs
Water pump
Bath faucet

Your list seems odd for some reason
