Is this one of the models people here say ...

I would bet it's a perfectly functional entry level unit, but they either want to move up to a better rig, or they have learned the hard way that a rig that size needs 2 air conditioners. The whole things pointless when it's too uncomfortable to stay in. 30 amp service in that rig is very limiting, but in other rigs it's not, depending on the size of the AC units etc.
