Ace models seem to be either problem free or are a prominent fixture at an RV service center. Which this coach is you won't know until you get it home. With the low usage there's no telling if all the factory installed problems have been discovered and fixed considering Thor's warranty has long since expired.

Offer the seller $57.5K but I wouldn't spend more than $60K.

Personally I would pass and look for a coach built on a 2016 chassis to get the six speed transmission if you intend to go with a gas powered coach.
