Ok, so ran into something similar with my MIL moho. She had a factory installed black water tank wash out option. What does this have to do with smell in the bathroom? Turns out that there is a check valve, under her bathroom sink that is above the level of the black water tank that keeps the wash water from back flowing into one's clean water system. When MIL's valve got stuck open, it vented black water gas into the bathroom. It is a check valve that allows water flow one way and then vents to the air to allow drainage. If it sticks open it will allow venting directly to the bathroom of the black water stink. Went through the toilet seal thing and tank vent thing too......
