Jacks froze on wood blocks

Getting ready to go south and leveled the coach and had to reset blocks and one had all ready started to stay with the jack. I moved the blocks and left them down over night . Am I going to have a problem with the wood blocks when I try to get them up in this cold snap.To night it got down to 12 . If the wood blocks stay with the jacks what is the best way to get them off the jacks .I will go out and get them up after day break . Also should I just try and lift the jack up one at a time or use auto . I have a side drive way for the coach and it is cement.

  • Hot water if frozen to the jack pad.

If frozen to ground club as per above and maybe some hot water.

If the wood is frozen to the ground. Raise jacks, drive off and tape blocks gently with an 8 pound hammer.

I the wood is frozen to the jacks, But not the ground

Raise jacks and tap block with a smaller hammer (like 12-16 Oz)

If the blocks are frozen to both ground and jacks, Relive pressure and tap with smaller hammer as above. then raise jacks and i needed tap gently with 8 pounder.
  • If a wood block stays with the jack and the springs still retract it then must tap the wood with a hammer. A sideways hit should knock it loose. It would be the same if it had frozen to the cement driveway. Mine do the same sometimes on the drive next to the S&B.
