Jam Nut/Lug Nut Cover

Has anyone ever lost and had to replace a chrome jam nut for a wheel cover. I know that the wheel stud is 22 mm and just wondering where to get a replacement. Each wheel cover has two of these and the wheel size is 22". Not sure what brand of chrome wheel cover Fleetwood put on the Workhorse chassis. Any help will be appreciated.

    OnaQuest, I agree that it is most likely a Dicar Simulator. That is the only one I can find that is 22mm. Just looking for advice before I place a order with them. I want to buy one extra and a tool to put them on.

    Try any truck stop or auto parts house. Both will have them.
