Have had a 2014 Melbourne 26 foot for 18 months. It includes a lot of things not found as standard on others. The 31 foot may have different features.
3 thermostatically controlled ceiling fans.
Heat pump on ceiling air conditioner.
Outside BBQ grill with bracket on outside to mount.
Electric awning with built in LED lights.
Ours has an outside compartment with good vertical dimension for large items.
Comfortable sofa.
Built in water filter.
Negatives:
Found the inverter only powers the TV outlet.
The heat tape on bottom of tanks came loose.
The gasoline tank filler line runs horizontal and the tank is time consuming to fill.
The dash electronics are not good. Difficult for driver to see due to reflection. Radio is difficult to control. The one screen covers 1. GPS, 2. Radio, 3. Video from both sides (when turn signal is on) and rear - only when in reverse. I installed a wireless rear camera to watch towed.
