When I needed a part for my rafter I contacted Carefree of Colorado directly and they were able to hook me up with what I needed. I happened to be traveling near Boulder Colorado at the time and I just went to the factory where I was able to get what I needed. I had spoke to them on the phone previously and they were going to ship what I needed to me but I knew that I was going to be there in 2 weeks so I just went and picked it up.
