Jensen radio comes on automatically

I have a Thor Freedom Elite 22U built on the Ford E350 chassis. It came with a Jensen radio built into the dash. It has the automatic alert function for weather etc. I have tried disabling every option in the menus to get it to stop turning on by itself but it still does. My charging circuit died in the RV and even though it was plugged in to 120V the chassis batteries went dead quickly and with nothing "on". When I applied my own battery charger the radio came on (the cause of battery drain). I can pull the fuse for it as a work-around but I really want to know how to disable the **** radio via the menus. Anyone had success with this?
