Looks like you have a oldie that had very good care through its many years. I also have restored a 1989 Fleetwood Bounder 31ft. Mine also had good care, but with that said, I have now invested a little more than $13,000 in repair/upgrades. Tires, fuel pumps, carburator, batteries, a/c, hoses, brakes, suspension, electrical,etc, etc. Just the age of the vehicle requires attention to these areas.
