Tommy,
1. What is the make and model of your RV?
2. Using that info, go into the internet and try and get copies of all the manuals of your RV. Include every thing, heaters, water heaters, etc.
3. Buy Gary Bensers book on RV and STUDY it. This is the book about all the systems found in RV. (As soon as I get to the RV, I will let you know the Title and publisher.)
4. Find an RV garage that you can trust. They are out there.
5. After studying all the manuals and studying all the systems, go hire an RV mechanic to go over everything in your RV. You are hiring them to SHOW you how everything is working as well as fixing anything that should be replaces. Remember, you have a couple of issues of safety, propane gas and electricity.
6. ENJOY YOUR RV.
This is what
I did.
