The vehicle passed inspection in 2016 and needed new tires, breaks and a few other things. So they are all new 2016. I am not positive that the tire are the original size (I will have to check). I also have a brand new spare on the back.
I am working on the inside over the winter (I will worry about outside in spring). I am tearing a LOT out and I now have a good understanding of the plumbing, electric and gas. The plumbing appears to be BRAND new. I am going to upgrade the interior lights to LED. Replace paneling and paint. I am restoring the stove and giving it a more modern look (same with the fridge). I would LOVE to change the orientation of the bathroom (Just turn it sideways) but that may be a HUGE pain with the black tank. So I will cross that bridge later. But it looks like the black tank may just be attached to the bottom of the toilet and may turn easy.
