My wife calls our motorhome Arvee, or Arrrrrr for short. My wife calls her vehicle which is our tow vehicle "Jeep". I'm not into renaming vehicles either.
My friends called our previous motor home "The Milk Truck" for it's unique style, shape, and size....a toned-down version of the Oscar Meyer Wiener mobile. But we called it "The Camper". We are not very creative with names. We named our sons Tim, Ben, and John.
The only vehicle we owned given a real name was given from my wife to our well used 1993 Mazda Miata stick shift. When I got it road worthy, I encouraged my wife to run her errands with that car. She came back calling the car "Zippy" thereafter. She really liked that car. We should have kept it longer.
