What could make a $2 million motorcoach worth a $1 million more than a $1 million motorcoach?

Or if you're like most of us here and can't even think of affording a $2MM coach, look at a 10-20-30 year old coach from Newell, Prevost, Bluebird, or Foretravel and see how they have held up compared to other coaches. These have built their own chassis for one thing and use high end fittings.
I can see things like a $500 couch vs a $1000 couch, or $5000 worth of entertainment electronics vs $10,000 entertainment system,.. but $1 million more of anything in a 45' coach is hard to fathom. Just thought it might be interesting to hear different opinions.
