Caught mine on a concrete median on the CBE in NYC 2 years back. Between trying to keep the mirrors from getting smacked in the dungeon like darkness and wondering where your genny pipe is can be stressful. Fortunately only the mount had to be replaced. There are times while parked on a tight residential street I worry about folks not seeing the pipe. When at home I always throw two traffic cones out, just because.
