I know from my tire engineer friends, that the weight sitting in one spot is bad for these 22.5 RV/commercial type tires, and reduces tire life. I'm still on my OE tires (11 years old) and want to keep them as long as they are serviceable.
Any issues with keeping the jacks down during storage and putting the majority of the weight on them?

Jacks always down in our coach, unless underway.
As for your present tires, at least change out the front and then you can wait for one of the rears to blow out, like ours did at 5 yrs old and even though we didn't own it during those 5 yrs of obvious misuse. The good news is that you might collect over $8K worth of body damage from your insurance co., if one should blow out and then be able to fix most all of it yourself, like I did.
