I have a keyless entry on my 2007 E450 Ford motorhomem. Is this normal and others have the entry also?

I am not finding anything on Amazon.ca that mentions Ford E350 and prices are generally over $30, so I'll look at Amazon.com next.
I just bought a chip key for our Toyota minivan from Amazon Urban Inspirations that didn't work, so I'm not going to buy anything more from them unless they refund me.
Is this it? There is a choice to buy it from Discount Keyless at lower right.
