Brite Tek is not EDPM. Totally different. Our 12 year old roof is like new. A simple wash a year keeps it that way. We had the EDPM material on our Fleetwood product and yes it was a bit more labor intensive. Caulking? Have caulked the perimeter of the roof once, there are NO seams. You may want to do some investigative reading on Fiberglass roofs as there are some horror stories out there on them as well. NO roof is fool proof regardless on the material.
