Kudos to Tim @ RV Cams
I just wanted to publically thank Tim Lazaroe of RV Cams for all his help above and beyond the call of duty. We had been troubleshooting a problem with my Weldex 6800M backup monitor over several days. Even though he was always busy he always found time to answer my emails and talk on the phone. At the end of all this we both agreed that it was the monitor that was at fault. He even talked my thru hooking the monitor up to my spare TV.
So this morning I ordered the new Weldex7063-M-R for my Country Coach which was scheduled to ship at 4:30 PM. For the rest of the morning I cleaned contacts taped up connections and used zip ties to secure all the excess cable and connectors. About 4:00 PM I turned on the monitor and my problem had gone away. I called Tim and told him what was going on and that I would not need the new monitor. He quickly said that the UPS truck was at the shop and that he would try to catch it. Moments later he came back on the line and said he caught as it was leaving.
There is more to this story but let it be said that Tim and his company are very customer conscious and knowledgeable I would recommend them to anyone having problems or needing to purchase any system
