I agree with romore and Bruce. Case in point I am looking for a newer MH to replace my 1996 GBM. Saw two 2009 low mileage MH's that looked beautiful in the pictures but were not maintained well and had roof leaks from cracked caulking. I did not think delaminatiom would be a problem on a 2009 MH. So maintenance to me trumps brand except for the hung wall MH's which can leak but not delaminate I would start with one of those. If you can find an older Newmar or HR, some had Al skins with a 454 or 460 then install headers to reduce heat and added HP you will have a good basic MH. Headers on that vintage will add about 80 HP.
