Moisheh - The "taps" you refer to at 7am, is actually reveille. The "jerk" you refer to are our brave service men and women at Davis Monthan Air Force Base.
Reveille is played at 7am while the flag of the United States of America is being raised on the base.
It is a tradition that I enjoy and cherish. I can provide you with a listing of other RV parks in the Tucson area that are farther from the base if it bothers you.
