Are you looking for a 20 watt LED - that consumes 20 watts or one that puts out about the same light as a 50 watt halogen light?
I bought a 10 watt LED light panel that goes into a floodlight. I also have a couple of floodlights that have 10 watt LED's in them. They are VERY bright and used outdoors.
