The T4 LED's that I looked up where all 12 VDC. Your microwave is probably 120 VAC output to the lights.
I hope you are able to locate something. I found some 20 watt microwave lights that I need at Grainger. 2TUD7 is the part number, they are 120 volts, and they also sell a 12 volt version.
