While many may blame it on the negative, I believe there are enough good people and responses to provide fodder for more questions. I for one have responded negatively to some trolling questions and incorrect answers. If you want pity because you caused a problem and then ask for that pity, you aren't going to get it. You get a candid answer.
The above quotes seem more accurate to me. I have quite copying and pasting on a couple of topics. Dish Pay-as-you-go is one of them. There is a ton of info here that many could use. Some may have to develop their search skills or even need some assistance, Not trying is not an excuse. I do not have time is not an excuse. Many here have the same or less time. Some have more. "I tried X, Y & Z and did not get what I need." is an excuse and can be followed with "Try this http://. . . " becomes a a more palatable answer. I know that I will get flack for this but it is easier to help someone who is trying verses someone that starts with gimme.
