What fluid did you install when you changed the spin-on and installed new fluid 5 years ago? Was it TranSynd or another TES-295? If you installed TranSynd (or another TES-295 fluid) then you should be good for 150,000 miles on that fluid and 50,000 miles or 24 months on the spin on filter. If you're running TranSynd or another TES-295 fluid then I'd just change the spin on filter at 50,000 miles.
