Only you can answer that but consider that storage space is not only your stuff but but equipment storage. And that equipment has to go somewhere else. My cord reel goes up into the closet area, yes it's covered. And the charger/inverter is 20' in front of the rear batteries and that creates wiring issues which combined with the charger/inverter cost design tradeoffs results in a marginal setup.
On my rig the propane tank and grey/black tanks are in front of the tag and from there back there is no storage. The 2 storage slide outs are great but access to both is restricted by the house slides. There is no other storage on the PS. The DS has a small electrical/electronic space that was inadequate for storage. I fixed that by mechanically isolating the equipment so that I have some storage.
Just examples that a newbie would likely not consider and which is unimportant for weekend camper.
