Since that become side topic anyway,
I hear the rumors for years that regardless the fact where the budget comes from and regardless the fact that PO don't get direct incentive from writing the ticket, they do get paid about 2 hr overtime for each appearance in court to review the citation.
So what is 2hr overtime of PO worht?
