My wife to be and I lived in CA and went to the jewelry district to buy rings. We had shorts and T's on as it was in the upper 90s. Every salesman pushed us to the cheap jewelry end of the counter and treated us like we were germs. We went to Pasadena and went in a jewelry store, the lady said "I have 300 to $30,000 rings out here and I have million $ rings in the safe. Which do you want?" We bought our rings and had place a pair on layaway in downtown LA. We went back and tol the guy we wanted our money back. He said "Well show me what you bought." He almost passed out and gagged trying to upsell us.
Haha, that will teach him to sidewalk qualify people...some salesmen will never get it. If they would just treat everyone who comes into their store as if they were milti millionaires, they would at least have a great reputation and their business would increase
