We are currently parked in Oklahoma, we are on a nice concrete pad, but when we move around the jacks pop and creak. We have read that Lippert has approved an additive that is supposed to eliminate this problem and I am getting a quart today for about $25. I am getting Catepillar brand, the most expensive of the three approved additives. We understand this is really supposed to work, have any of you experienced this and did the additive work?

Had that going on on my Entegra after many go arounds with Equalizer and Entegra we changed out the jacks, popping got worse. Finally added qt of Cat hyd oil additive p/n IU9891 for $65/qt and the noise stopped after 3 cycles and never came back.

Sooner....what leveling system do you have?I've just done some repairs on my PowerGear levelers, & changed the fluid

I have PowerGear on my 2010 Bounder. I changed the fluid to Mercon V per PowerGear suggestion. The noise went away. So far so good the past two years of use.

I have also added the Cat additive to my lippert jacks and it is almost 100% better.
