Leverlers

When I level my class C, when I level it the front and back the front tires are off the ground. Is it ok to leave the front hanging? I have been thinking of blocking them up! Is ther a need to to do it. Thanks

Never leave tires in the air. Install some boards or blocks under the tires and then relevel the RV. If you have 1 jack leak down and that corner drops too far it will twist the chassis and torque the frame and possibly crack a windshield. Doug

    excellent point.

X2 - I never thought about that. Thanks Doug.

  • I've been in state parks where some sites are impossible to level without getting the wheels off the ground. I carry plastic leveling blocks - the ones that stack together. If it bothers me, I'll put those under but usually I don't worry about it.

    +1. totally agree.

Don't know what brand of leveling system you have but your coach should be able to level far before your wheels are off the ground.

depends on how far off the site is to begin with.
