The MasterCard was Sam's club and the Visa was my personal hometown bank, ViewPoint. Thing is, at least for me, it didn't make any difference who the issuer was because the fraud alert is done by the mother company. Sam's club or ViewPoint bank doesn't do the fraud alert.
