I agree with notification. Also give CC company your cell phone to contact you. In addition set alerts on your credit card so you can immediately see purchases not made by utnorized users. Carry several credit cards and ood to have checks or debit for emergency. I use debit sparingly as it exposes your bank account. I have an account just for debit card and keep small balance to minimize exposure and just transfer as needed. Biggest part of the Home Depot problem was with debit cards. It is a dangerous world with the ease of moving money but you can take measures to protect yourself.
