Life span of typical roof air unit
Hello All, Can anyone pipe in with an average lifespan of a ducted roof air unit? I can't really find anything on the internet that gives any idea. - Tom

On our current MH the first one was replaced under warranty within the first year, the second one now needs replacing.
Prior to that every MH we ever owned still had the original AC on it, with the oldest being 20 years old.
I'll say it...they just don't make them like they used to.
