Obviously the cheap solution would be a dolly. I am sure someone could or has made something like you are talking about but you are in essence turning your RV into a tow truck. I can't fathom what the reinforcing structure to your RV would look like to accomplish it, not to mention the electric or hydraulic components. A dolly puts the weight on the dolly wheels. Lifting up the front end of a car with the MH would put all that force on the MH. I don't think there is a MH on the market today with a hitch rated to actually handle the weight of the front of a car and questions arise as to counter balancing the front. Also a question of supplemental braking. Tow trucks are designed to have 2 sets of wheels carrying the weight of the vehicle, as well as a stout hydraulic lift. MH's and their frames are not designed that way. Actually with all the rear wheel overhang on a MH I'd say it's designed not to handle it. Not saying it can't be done, but with a dolly readily available for much less money, why bother?
