Limiting large vehicles to 68 MPH

I find that car drivers seem to give more respect and a wider berth to big rig drivers (trucks and RVs) who drive near to but slightly under the posted limit.
So I think this would be a good idea for more reasons than what the bare statistics would tend to indicate.
65 or 68 that is. 60 on a 75 Interstate goes too far the other way.
