Limiting large vehicles to 68 MPH

2 log books is very difficult for most national fleets and a lot of smaller fleets as most run electronic log books and the fleets monitor them close for DOT compliance, DOT is trying to eliminate paper logs on all commercial vehicles, also most fleets have the ecms programed between 64 and 70 mph. my preference is everyone have the same speed limit of at least 70 that can be adjusted down when local conditions require it
