Limiting large vehicles to 68 MPH

68 hmmm tragic 2 mph lower than now in some states. What should happen in confiscation of vehicles driving over the 68-70 mph limit.
Some think they have the right to go any speed. They have no right to kill me or my family by their disregard for safety. If one is in need of arriving earlier leave sooner of fly.
