Since you're still new to this and it's all exciting, I'm sure you haven't found the need yet.
Rule ? "take a vacation from your vacation." Make the time to leave the rig behind and jump on a cruise ship or jet plane. If nothing else jump in the tow car and find a nice hotel. Let someone else make the meals and the bed. Stand in the shower till your skin wrinkles. It'll be good for the soul.
