locked brakes
I have a 2002 Monaco Diplomat that I haven't driven for about 6 weeks Just went to get it ready for camping and the brakes seemed to be locked. Any thoughts?

Yup, particularly if parked with moisture on the brake drum/shoes, the emergency/parking brake can stick.

Worse case you will need to crawl under and hit the shoes with a hammer.
