locked brakes
I have a 2002 Monaco Diplomat that I haven't driven for about 6 weeks Just went to get it ready for camping and the brakes seemed to be locked. Any thoughts?

Old school on brakes. Drums are set up to catch the pad on top and pull in the bottom. In reverse it creates a small chatter effect, sometimes breaking the pad off the drum.
We would do this trick whenever a vehicle sat for awhile slowly back up, hit the brakes, repeat four to five times. Put it in drive an see what you got.
