Until last fall, we owned a real nice 2001 PW Excel on the 1 ton Dodge chassis; never had any problems including handling issues. The PW was a well-made unit and we usually got 14-15 mpg at 55-65 mph. Only reason we don't have it now is that we needed something a little bigger so purchased a 23 ft. Class C, main advantage of the C is that the bathroom is bigger and kitchen is a bit larger too. Kind of miss the fuel economy and ease of parking of the PW though. You won't go wrong buying a used PW, they are well built and factory assistance is readily available if you have any questions or need help.
