I disagree, Those are 16" tires, Discount tire etc will sell and install.
Front A/C may just need a fil lup on r-134, Not expensive.
I had a 460 with Banks and it was a dream to drive (Be sure it has the transmission module)
At that price, I'm sure the OP can put a little money in it.
Why a new tranny?
Check tire date codes. If the tires are aged out, it could run you up to $4,000 for new tires.
Leveling jacks, A/C and a "couple other minor issues"...sounds to me like the unit's been used, abused and put away wet....This guy doesn't sound like he pampered this baby...
I'd tread carefully and ensure a full inspection before I'd give him a penny....Dennis
