IF IT CHECKS OUT AND HE FIXES WHAT YOU LISTED IT SOUNDS GOOD TO ME. I WOULD NOT BE AFRAID TO BUY IT. I USED TO BUY AND SELL rvS A FEW years ago when I was younger and I looked for RVs like this.
